What We Built

We built a three-part AI system. First, an intake bot on the website and phone that captures vehicle make, model, year, mileage, and symptoms — structured and ready for the mechanic before the car arrives.

Second, a parts lookup agent that queries vendor databases, returns SKUs, prices, and ETAs, and flags the best option. No more phone calls to suppliers.

Third, a scheduler that syncs appointments to the shop calendar, estimates job duration, and sends customers automatic text updates on their vehicle status.
